This story doesnt say the bad things she did to him. It reveals very little about what drove a successful man to kill himself. Even when he showed her the rope she condescended him and told him to give her the rope and grow up just as a mother would. All you need to know is that this man owned a successful business and in his late 40s hooked up with a woman 20 years his junior. To say that he had issues and was in therapy since he was four is and insulting and disrespectful attempt to devalue the things this man accomplished and hide the things she probably did to him.
The guy made two mistakes right off the bat. One was getting married in the first place and the the second was getting married to a porker.
no pity for the guy.
as tom himself has said many a time, if someone tells you they are going to kill themself if you don’t bend to their will, you are at no fault whatsoever if end up actually doing it. the problem is in their own mind.
