California bill defines what it means to say ‘yes’ to sex

Instead of “no means no” – the phrase commonly associated with sexual assault prevention – the law would require “affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement” by each party to engage in sexual activity. If Gov. Jerry Brown (D) signs the bill into law – he has until the end of September – colleges and universities would have to adopt the so-called affirmative consent standard to continue receiving state funds for student financial aid.

Get it in writing then proceed.

      Make sure it’s notarized too.

Written consent will not provide an effective defense because a woman can say she withdrew consent during sex and you kept going, or that she was drunk and you took advantage, or that she said no with her body language or whatever… this legislation pretty much makes most any college sex a rape case waiting for a tribunal. Women are becoming more and more emboldened to destroy you at the first chance and they have been brainwashed to think that ruining your life with a “non-consent attack” is not only fair, its noble!

Just remember, as any MRA will tell you, ABR: ALWAYS BE RECORDING!!! You have to have video evidence to protect you against false rape allegations. And for those of you fools who think a long term relationship will protect you, the opposite is true as this legislation extends to both one night stands as well as LTRs. And for those of you who say false rape allegations hardly ever occur, look at the Brian Banks case! Just imagine how many men are imprisoned right now becuase their false rape accusers didn’t recant.

The only consent she needs to provide is the one where you video each and every entire sex act with a valid time stamp. She needs to comply in writing and then keep the copy, notarize it, and transfer the video to a hard drive which is then vaulted. This turns smart phones, GoPros and video pens (available at Brookstone) into lifesavers in court.

We used to have a democratic republic, but now we have a gynarchy, rule by women. I think that with this legislation feminists are overplaying their hand and are going to straight up crash the population worse than Japan within two generations.

My motto for this day and age: acquire assets, not labiabilities! We need real and fully capable and nearly real sex androids as soon as possible as women are becoming too dangerous for men to contemplate dating.

I heard on the radio that this law will only apply to heteros, so the LGBT people are exempt. California lawmakers must believe that heterosexual sex is unnatural, and thus must be expressly consented to?

All of this is BS… And it will come down to her word against his. Women never want to say that they want sex – they just don’t say that they don’t. So if they want me to lie on the stand – sure. I’ll lie. Hey, remember Bill Clinton wasn’t convicted for lying, so you just have to pick your words. Well, she said, “Da.” That is “yes” in Russian so, yeah she gave her consent. Or heck, once upon a time humans probably grunted to mean yes, so if she makes any noise, you can say honestly – yes, I believed she gave her consent.

They can try to shake you, but in the end just hold to the facts – she didn’t fight. grabbed you ass and pulled you into her, and it’ll come down to your word against hers – just be sure to have a bunch of guys on the jury, and you’ll get off, for getting off… Every man knows women lie, and how they are – use it…

California is pretty much ready for the sh*t-pile anyway… Just flush it and call it good… Or, drive over to Nevada where they go to be weekend prostitutes and enjoy…

There’s a reason why they call it “Marxifornia”.
