Spot on, Tom! For me, it’s statements like “if I had done (fill-in-the-blank), things would have been great” or similar kind of rhetoric. It’s a bad habit, I know, but I’m a huge perfectionist.
After taking a year off from college (graduated high school last year), I’m starting again this Fall.
