   “There’s nothing wrong with advocating for equality in the workplace for women. But the notion that women’s presence in industry should mirror men’s is fallacious in my opinion. Women are anatomically designed to bear children and thus, not all women will pursue the seem career aspirations as men. I feel as though this truth is overlooked in the name of ‘equality’. Equality refers only to equal OPPORTUNITY, not de facto parity.” – jaham

   In Tom’s words, “In what way does having a vagina help you in business?” America is just becoming one big Vagina.

     Not just that, but most women want to settle down when they marry a guy. Most want to have children and be stay at home moms. For the few percent of women that have higher aspirations, the door is open to higher and better positions.
