Holy smokes! Now in this case, the dude full well knew his tadpoles were going to be harvested to populate…however he has a contract guaranteeing anonymity. Usually test tube babies and artificial insemination is pricy service and utilized by primarily educated, financially sound individuals. What scares me most is when genetic testing leads to harassment of siblings by irresponsible behaviorally disordered persons kids who come looking for a brother or sister to hoodwink money from. Or random illigitmate offspring unknown to a biological father liening an estate possibly bilking inheritance from partners and children. I hate that this is done and had a long conversation with my daughter to never allow some service like this to have her DNA. No thanks!
What I find laughable, is the fact that the mother constantly makes it about herself, but uses the old ‘for my child’ excuse.
If the kid wants to find out who her father is one day, OK I can understand that, but the ADULT mother who consented not to chase her donor seems to think it’s OK not to play by the rules, and then cries foul when she gets called up on it.
I remember a recent conversation I had with my own mother, and her mentioning a work colleague (around my age) was going to the sperm bank because she wanted a baby but couldn’t find anyone to form a relationship with for that to happen. She was supportive of this woman (no surprise there). Out of respect for my mother (and the fact I knew she couldn’t handle what I had to say) I didn’t say what I really wanted to say, and that was that she shouldn’t have kids then. If she cannot find a decent partner, but chooses to have a baby willingly by herself, she is intentionally depriving a kid of a father/male figure in their life.
It doesn’t get more selfish than that.
As usual a woman thinks she is above the fray & has excuses for the contract she signed. After she gives excuses she claims her daughter didn’t sign it she sees nothing wrong with going against a legally binding contract hmm where have we seen this before? She then contacts the news to play victim & media has a propagandist on to support her even though she has NOTHING to do with that company. This is the women of today entitled & spoiled.

Heh. Tom, you’re always right. The things a man thinks he does safely will come back to bite him in the ass as soon a women exercises her proverbial prerogative to change her mind. And, the rationalization acrobatics smacks of the jaw dropping stunts of the flying Welenda’s.
In the beginning, her progeny were merely an exchange of money for sperm with little to no thought about future consequences on her, her kid, or the donor, as evidenced by her admission of nonchalantly breezing through the well conceived legal contract binding herself to not seeking the donor in the future. Worse, she plays the women-and-children first card by using her daughter as the reason to shred her legal obligations to find out more about the kid’s father saying, “My daughter is an actual living, breathing, feeling human being who did not sign that contract,” I’ll have do some deep legal research to see if there is any precedent to joinder a non-existent human being as party to a legal contract. BAHAHAHA! Typical female behavior.
I counseled my son when he was still a young teen to put his swimmers on ice and get a vasectomy before getting involved with ANY female sexually, exactly to avoid the kind of shitstorm that awaits men who get pegged with any kind of responsibility for irresponsible women who pop out kids and want a man to support it — whether it be court ordered child support, or in this case, some kind of emotional link to a faceless sperm.
Who knows. If she ever does track this guy down, he’s possibly on he hook for much, much more than the $20K in liquidated damages she’d face for violating the contract.
This is a separate comment, Tom, I hope you read this. I just want to express a ton of gratitude to you for revealing the mind of a female. I’ve been living with my sister for 11 years now, and it has been total hell at times, utter total hell. There have been times that I moved out on her because of all the hell. She is a total bitch that dumps on me to do everything, and won’t even help do simple house chores. When I’m sick in bed, I have to get up and do dishes because she is to busy playing farmville on the computer. Most of the time, she won’t even wash her own laundry. For years, she has allowed her stealing dope head worthless trashy daughter to run us over too. I am putting into practice a lot of things you say, and it is really helping me. The lazy bitch has to do her own dishes, and she’s doing them too. That bitch almost never does dishes. A lot of what you have said has helped me to see the female emotional manipulation going on, and to stop allowing it. Thank you Tom.
