Hacker dies days before he was to reveal how to remotely kill pacemaker patients

Security researcher Barnaby Jack has passed away in San Francisco, only days before a scheduled appearance at a Las Vegas hacker conference where he intended to show how an ordinary pacemaker could be compromised in order to kill a man.

    hmmm… in the end he helped to fix the issues that he found so he wasn’t that bad of a guy i guess…

    I’m sure he “commited suicide”.

    I read a comment the other day on the NY Times website on article about how A.G. Eric Holder wrote a letter to the Russians promising that Edward Snowden wouldn’t be tortured or put to death if he were returned to the U.S. The commenter said something to the effect of, “If you’re over 30 and you’re reading that Americans are promising Russians that we won’t torture or murder an individual we want returned to us, then you must surely be throughly confused.”

    What’s up is down, and what’s left is right.
