Controversial TV pitchman Kevin Trudeau, who in July was found in contempt for failing to pay a $37.6 million sanction against him for deceptive marketing, was ordered to jail today and remains in federal custody in Chicago.

THIS is an interesting article. Not sure what the whole legal process, but false advertisement is pretty horrible. Weight loss is a growing issue, with many people pointing fingers in many different directions. He’s certainly a medicine show man. This is why I support FDA approvals in medicine, and personally consider places such as Vitamin Cottage to be modern-day medicine shows. Maybe it’s because I believe in common sense and science. For all of you who don’t know what a medicine show or a medicine show man is, google it.
Well Kevin managed to only spend the night in jail. He’s been given another week of freedom.
