Sources tell The Tom Leykis Show that there may have been extenuating circumstances in the suicide of comedian Robin Williams on Monday morning.
The sources say that Williams, 63, has been a victim of advanced Parkinson’s disease that, those sources say, was “making him crazy.”
The irony is that one of Williams’s most serious film roles was in the 1990 film Awakenings as Dr. Malcolm Sayer, a fictionalized version of British neurologist Oliver Sacks, who discovers beneficial effects from the drug L-Dopa and begins to administer it to catatonic Parkinson’s patients. The film was nominated for three Academy Awards.

failed series, ex-wives, children, no work except improv. clubs………..20 million in support ….alcohol addiction, depression, hell…………….i can see why he did it. Depression kicked in when he figured his last resort was Mrs. Doubtfire the Sequel.

Every comic’s genius has a limited lifespan. He did have a lot of junk out there as far as movie & tv content. Let’s face it, even Jim Carrey sucks now. Also, William’s wasn’t wise to what Tom & Adam preach & I think that indirectly led to his demise. I doubt he had any real world skills either after Hollywood could no longer use him & he probably didn’t see a very bright future for himself, at least compared to when his career was in it’s prime. Anyway, RIP to a good man overall.
