Suliman’s appearance in studio has caused quite a stir. The show, which attracted the most listeners of any show since our first week of April 2, 2012, has also attracted comments such as those below:
- Aaron Alexander Luthor I know you can see minute by minute stats, how many people turned it off when Suli was screaming into the mic for an hour fighting “trolls”? That was unlistenable. He sounds like a donkey.
- Chris Lauer It was a genius move by Tom and the guys to have Suliman on the show Friday. No doubt it did what they wanted, which was to drive listeners to tune in. Haters and fans tuned in to hear the freak live.
- Robert Greenwood Tom should have a poll on blowmeuptom.com, and ask how many people hate or love Suli. I bet he wont since it might actually show how many people really dislike him.
- Sean Howell Can’t help but watch the car crash. Definitely feel like I lost brain cells.
- Jason Oblivion Best. Show. Ever.

It’s Tom’s show, and I will never tell him how to run his show, but Suli is the proverbial court jester that will create liability issues for Tom and the crew should be ever appear in studio again. What Suli doesn’t understand is that people are laughing at him NOT with him. While he is not an idiot like people would assume him to be, Suli does not grasp the critical thinking skills to convey his thoughts in a clear, concise, and well executed manner (like Tom is more than fully capable of doing). Him yelling at the top of his lungs does nothing to dispel the beliefs of those who think he is mentally disabled. Come be funny, the haters will be out in full force and thus requiring Dino to run damage control. Dino, props to you for having to handle his petty nonsense.

Started listening live at 5am in BKK (3pm PT) Was enjoying Suli on air until he started going crazy ape shit. Or was it too early for me because it was 6am here in Bangkok? It was great hearing Suli and the long struggle of getting him to the studio. Best part of the show for me was the last 20 minutes or so when the effects of Tom mixing sudafed and alcohol were really starting to show. I loved hearing everyone let their hair down a little bit more than usual. I hope to hear a similar show with Suli soon. Or maybe rotate in some other classic guests, like Wayden.

Hey Tom, “that Paul” and I loved the way that you made the announcement about Suli and built it up. We especially loved the part where Dino referred to Suli’s “handler”. Now Paul and I have a running joke in our house that we are not husband and wife. Instead we are each other’s handlers. Haha! Good job on that one Dino. 🙂
As for Suli’s time on the show, it was 6 one half dozen the other. Paul and I liked it, it was ok – but did he really need three hours? Not really. And that last part where Suli was yelling and cussing like he was —- it was really hard to listen to Tom. I think he may’ve gone a bit too far. We do hope that he enjoyed his time on the show though, and his time in Cali. Paul and I will be there soon. We’re moving there from Tulsa. By the way, I went out here in Tulsa today and I wore my Leykis 101 shirt. You’ll be happy to know that the words on the back of it officially offended someone. 🙂

The show was hilarious and unpredictable! It got a little out of hand a few time when he started screaming into the mic but it was still hilarious. what a spaz! he’s an entertaining caller and a madman on the mic!It would obviously get old if he was in everyday. But to have him in on occasion is gold!
I was really hoping the guest would be Charles Ramsey. The show was alright, would’ve been better if you grabbed a bottle of Jager and took Suli to a Babies r Us.

What can we say? haters gonna hate. That shit was gold, despite what the haters said, they were listening to it too.
Suli is what my Italian Grandma used to call ‘a-half-a-wheel’ Part of what he says comes at you laterally, gets traction, and is absolute gold. The other half of his ramble is like a tire spinning in the mud. I enjoyed the conversations, observations, and even some of the rant(s). I could have lived without the political lecture. Just because Suli isn’t to not getting his wick dipped, doesn’t mean the rest of us don’t need the right wing out of our bedrooms. I enjoy my sexual freedoms and planned parenthood has done enough for me over the years that I’d gladly fund them first over the next 15 stupid ideas the government would come up with. Anyway, in summary: Suli – worth the price of admission.
His politics make no sense! How can he listen to Tom, who supports the idea of abortions, and then support those who don’t want to allow such a service to be provided to women (and more importantly men, for our hail mary practitioners out there lol)? Why doesn’t anyone call him out on that? He’s a hypocrite! And “a nudder thing,” while he is entertaining at times, there’s no way he’s going to get on a radio show in DC. He’s too much of a liability and will throw out slanderous remarks to those who disagree with him. That alone will prevent him from getting a gig on terrestrial radio.
I have no idea why anybody would think Suli is bright or funny. It’s kind of like that “Be Funny” segment. I don’t laugh at any of it.
Tom’s show is brilliant for Money Mondays, Dr. Adam Sachs and Leykis101.
But Suli? I find his voice annoying and his statements. I shut the cast off when I hear him.

I thought the show had its moments with Suli after he did get going. I turned it off after about an hour and then tuned back in at the extended hour – wow, the booze must have really kicked in for everyone. The skullfucking and the references to the president were a bit much for me, but I love the fact that you can have a show like this without censorship – truly innovative.

I like Sulli. I don’t agree with his views on conservatism and ethnic groups, but he’s an interesting caller. I doubt Jayden’s authenticity, but I know Sulli’s the real deal after speaking to him on Facebook video chat a few times.
I think Sulli was really good last Friday. He had a good rapport with Tom and the guys.
I can’t tell Tom how to run his business because he knows better than anyone what generates/not generates ratings, but I can’t stand that retarded fuck and I tune out whenever he calls, and lately that’s been every day/every other day.
Tom’s show (except for money Monday and Leykis 101) is mostly low-brow entertainment like the Jerry Springer show. The show is fun and sarcastic but I don’t take it seriously. I’m sure Jayden and Sulimon realize people are laughing at them, not with them, and they don’t care. You know why? because they are attention whores. Just like me or else I wouldn’t be putting in my two sense. Tom has me hooked. His show is better than anything on television or the radio.
I absolutely loved it! He is a very entertaining character to listen to. However, I have to agree, when he refused to debate callers and rather make loud noises it was kind of annoying. Still, it was one of the better shows I can remember in a long time. I would love it if Suli did a couple hours with you on a regular basis.

Just because you hate somebody doesn’t mean that the show isn’t fascinating and captivating. I honestly thought that Suliman is a little socially awkward and terrible at reading people, I base this on him making what I perceived to be incorrect determinations of the attitudes of callers. His failure to recognize that a willingness to point out the flaws and minorities is in fact racism also make him unlikable by some. That said, Suliman is otherwise unpredictable.
So while some main view him as an unlikable person, you cannot deny that he is an excellent entertainer!

I started listening when I got off work, about 5PM Pacific. The show was garbage. Suleiman is an idiot that brings down the level of the show. And Tom’s over-the-top laughs at Sulei’s giber-gabber did not help.

Suli was ok, had his moments. The skull f’ing comments and going ape S&^% bat crazy when the caller hadn’t even said anything was annoying and over the top. I like outrageous as much as anyone, but Suli was trying a little too hard. I can’t over-react and say the whole thing sucked, it didn’t, there were some awesome parts, but it had its moments and I will continue tuning in. Keep on rockin in the no holds barred internet radio world!!

I see similar kinds of bullshit on another show that I listen to called The Opie and Anthony Show on Sirius XM and a fan site that posts the shows where every single fucking day, there’s always some dumbass complaining about Opie and leaving the same kinds of comments ad nauseum. You’re never going to please everyone, but that was one of the shows that I laughed really really hard at.

I think people listened because it was as if we were watching a train wreck! You couldn’t help but not listen because he is so annoying! I’m a subscriber and only listened because I listen to all the shows, I would listen no matter who is on the show but who’s to say that the ratings were up because of Suliman or because it just happened to be a good day for listening, unless you ask every single person that actually listened that day.
I think Suliman was more intriguing before he became “mainstream” on your show, and before you, Dino, and Gary started riding his D. What happened to the good old days when Suliman would call in and get his ass handed to him intellectually by you, and he’d be so pissed off, he’d ask to be taken out 7 different variations of murder and battery? That of course being right before he’d ask you a way too personal question about your father.

What do you mean by “he’s going places?” Personally, I think that he is ok once in a while. Calling more than once a day for a few minutes gets annoying. A terrestrial radio station would put up with his antics unless they need to fill a position scripted for a retard.
Sulie, if you’re reading this. I have a great idea for you. You could auction off your “piss pants,” and use the money you receive to start your own podcast. Sulie, you should start a Youtube channel and make your own talk show on Youtube. If you don’t want to show your face, just use a screen filler. Also you could advertise your show on the Tom Leykis show. Fuck going to radio, we want the “Sulie Show” uncensored and raw. If your Youtube show blows up, then you can start your own website, with a free live show, and do what Tom does on his website- make money through advertising, selling merchandise, etcetc. Even if you charged 50 dollars a year for your podcast, I’m sure you would make more money than the Gary and Dino show. Focus, Sulie. Focus. You can do it.
